CM Curriculum
Dear CM Students,
Thank you for proactively taking the time to review information related to the upcoming curriculum changes which will go into effect Fall 2007.
As you review the material available from this site please be aware that we will continue to update you with any new developments. The main information topics available to you are:
CM Major and Minor Checksheets
- These checksheets show the new CM program in its entirety and all of the new course prefixes that will go into effect campus-wide Fall 2007. The major checksheet also reflects new changes to the All University Core Curriculum.
CM Major and Minor Transition Plans
- The transition plan for the CM major program of study is the tool we will use to evaluate each student’s progress through the major and what they will have left to complete under the new curriculum.

CM Major and Minor Flow Charts
- These charts show you the progression for CM courses from year one through completion of the program.
- ALL PREREQUISITES WILL BE ENFORCED UNDER THE NEW CURRICULUM. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have met all prerequisite requirements before enrolling in the next courses.
The Department of Construction Management is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. We will work with each student to ensure the credits you have completed thus far will be appropriately represented in the new curriculum and that you will only be required to complete what is left for university requirements and the new Construction Management major and minor curriculums.

Nichole Hall is a graduate from the Department of Natural Resources Recreation and Tourism here at Colorado State University. She is the Key Advisor for the department and works with students whose last names begin with the letters M – Z as well as new and prospective students.
